Estoy consciente de que no todos los que se acercan a nuestra sala buscan algo genuino. La magia es atractiva, lo sé, pero no lo es tanto cuando implica un conocimiento profundo y muchos sacrificios personales (entre los cuales se cuenta el hecho de leer mucho).

Sin embargo, una cosa es ser flojo y otra es descalificar el trabajo de mis hermanos solo porque este lugar no cumple con el perfil de "cursos de magia" a los que el New Age tiene tan mal acostumbrado a occidente.

Aquí no verán hechizos exprés, no hay juegos de rol para satisfacer problemas de identidad, no hay "lecturas de runas" ni maldiciones nórdicas. Aquí hablamos de la esencia de nuestra espiritualidad, esto no es una secta ni un coven masivo (de hecho, la idea de coven no aplica para nosotros).

Si no te agrada lo que humildemente ofrecemos, puedes irte, pero no andes pidiendo cursos para ser "brujo" ni menospreciando lo que con tanto esfuerzo traemos cada día. Ser agradecido y educado es parte de nuestra formación.

¿Acaso es este un grupo de puro aficionado a la antropología sin nada de espiritualidad? No, pero si observas cada runa (sí, esas que compraste en el mercado medieval) notarás que hay patrones naturales que puedes notar en todos lados, en el tejido mismo de esto que conocemos como realidad, tienen una vibración, poseen distintas formas de pronunciación, además de variaciones por épocas y regiones. Nuestra espiritualidad es así de simple en esencia, pero muy compleja en su descubrimiento.

Por lo anterior, cada texto que ves en este espacio es una pieza más del rompecabezas que hay que meditar. Aclaro de una vez que no todos los autores expuestos son Odinistas, sin embargo, traducimos sus textos cuando consideramos que dicha información es valiosa para el Heathendom en general. Los textos Odinistas de nuestra Hermandad pueden distinguirlos en la parte de abajo, donde viene la firma de cada autor.

¿Por qué nos ponemos tan estrictos con el asunto de los "cursos de runas"? porque en la vida real hay mucho charlatán (megalómanos y depredadores psicológicos) que se aprovecha de gente que quiere resultados rápidos con el mínimo esfuerzo o que desea pertencer a un grupo para reafirmar su identidad. Y el problema no son estos dos individuos (el "brujo" de feria que vende una fantasía y el ingenuo perezoso que se lo compra), sino la profanación que hacen de nuestra espiritualidad. Esto no es un show para impresionar a tus compañeros de hidromiel, es un camino espiritual que exige lo mejor de ti.

¿Quieres saber de magia como tal? hablemos entonces de Galdr, de Seidr, de Utiseta, de las partes del alma, de la geometría de las runas (no solo te quedes con lo que dice tu manual rápido de internet), del Fylgja y Hamingja... todo eso lo puedes encontrar ya publicado aquí, solo toma un cuaderno especial y haz apuntes. Así se estudia.

Si eres claravidente, telépata, onironáuta y más, eso aquí no tiene ninguna relevancia, no esperes que te aclamen por ello ni que un gudja te diga "eres el elegido". Aquí lo que importa es qué tan devoto eres, qué estás dispuesto a hacer por la fe, qué harás para que esto por lo que muchos han trabajado llegue a las nuevas generaciones, cómo lo trasmitirás a tu familia. Lo demás es tan personal como tu ropa interior.

Antes de la magia está el estudio, pero antes de todo eso, está el autoconocimiento.

If you don't like what we humbly offer, you can leave, but don't ask for courses to be a "wizard" or belittle what we bring with so much effort every day. Being grateful and polite is part of our training.

Is this a bunch of anthropology buffs with no spirituality at all? No, but if you look at each rune (yes, those that you bought in the medieval market) you will notice that there are natural patterns that you can notice everywhere, in the veil of this that we know as reality, they have a vibration, they have different ways of pronunciation, in addition to variations by time and region. Our spirituality is that simple in essence, but very complex in its discovery.

Therefore, each text you see in this space is one more piece of the puzzle that you have to meditate on. Why do we get so strict on the matter of "rune courses"? because in real life there are many charlatans (megalomaniacs and psychological predators) who take advantage of people who want quick results with minimal effort or who want to belong to a group to reaffirm their identity. And the problem is not these two individuals (the carnival "wizard" who sells a fantasy and the lazy naive who buys it), but the desecration they make of our spirituality. This is not a show to impress your fellow mead binge eaters, this is a spiritual path that demands the best of you.
